R&D background

The detection and evaluation of pipeline external coating need information such as pipeline measurement mode, pipeline buried depth and mapping current value of pipeline external coating detector, high-precision point coordinates collected by RTK, pipeline attribute information and engineering-related information. In the field detection, the above three parts of data information were collected separately before. If the above three parts of data can be integrated into a mobile software to realize real-time and efficient collection by a single person, it will greatly improve the detection efficiency. PCM Date PDA, a data recorder developed by Xi 'an Jietong Zhichuang Instrument and Equipment Co., Ltd., was born for this application, and the detection efficiency can be greatly improved by single person, without two people, on-site manual recording or special person to operate RTK, and the detection efficiency in anticorrosion field is greatly improved.

Brief introduction of products

PCM Date PDA, the data recorder for pipeline external coating inspection, can be configured in the following two combinations:

1. Handheld centimeter-level GPS(MG858A), mobile data receiving and recording software, special PCMx notebook bracket and centimeter-level CORS account;

2. Professional RTK XPlus, mobile data receiving and recording software, special PCMx notebook bracket, centimeter-level CORS account, and built-in eSIM flow card.

Based on years of experience in detecting buried pipelines, Xi 'an Quick Detection Instrumen Co., Ltd. has developed a PCM Date PDA, which is a field application software suitable for detecting engineering, by applying new real-time high-precision satellite positioning technology and embedded Android APP development technology. The system is installed on the handheld centimeter-level Android GPS platform or professional RTK XPlus platform, and realizes data transmission with PCMx or DM3 and data recording software products through Bluetooth communication. At the same time, it is compatible with GNSS multi-constellation solution of BDS, GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS and QZSS, supports CORS, and can complete automatic calculation of real-time detection distance and high-precision positioning of detection points and defect points. PCM Date PDA supports exporting Excel and Kml file types, which facilitates data export and analysis, simplifies labor costs and improves work efficiency.

Product performance

· The recorder is wirelessly connected with Reddy PCMx or Weimai DM3 via Bluetooth;

· Real-time display of the horizontal and vertical surveying and mapping accuracy of the current position, so as to collect data according to the accuracy required for surveying and mapping where the outdoor satellite signal is not good and can not be fixed;

· Real-time display of position information such as oblique distance, horizontal distance and vertical distance from the current position to the previous point, so as to avoid problems such as incorrect acquisition during acquisition operation;

· Support Beidou-3 global signal, receive by five-star multi-frequency GNSS satellite, and cooperate with powerful RTK engine to realize instantaneous centimeter-level RTK positioning without waiting for accurate operation;

· Surveying and mapping data directly generate commonly used CGCS 2000 coordinates and GMS84 coordinates, and save them in tables;

· You can modify the remarks of the data list, which is helpful for the development of work and the annotation of wrong data;

· Can modify the dot function in the data list, and can modify the dot according to the actual situation, making the operation more convenient;

· Bluetooth memory function, after the receiver and handheld GPS are paired, they can be connected directly in the software next time, and there is no need to pair again;

· Data loss prevention function, in case of software misoperation or accidental automatic exit, the software will not lose the previous measurement data, and the data will automatically call the pre-exit detection data after restarting the software.

Data acquisition and display

PCM Date PDA simplifies the process of on-site inspection, improves the ability of on-site data display and analysis, and improves the work efficiency for the inspection of pipeline external anticorrosive coating. The handset realizes the on-site collection of pipeline corrosion detection data through Bluetooth, and displays the collected main data on the PCM Date PDA software interface in real time through the receiver, and records the serial number, XYZ coordinates, position tolerance HRMS, VRMS, oblique distance, horizontal distance, vertical distance, detection mode, buried depth, detection current value, 4Hz mapping current value, distance, pipeline point attributes and other information of the data collection point. The software is exported to Excel and Kml file type formats.
