ML300 PPB-Level Vehicle-mounted Gas Leak Detection System

ML300 has extremely high precision, accuracy and respond speed in detecting gas leaks, as well as unparalleled ability to identify ethane. The detection accuracy of methane and ethane is less than 1PPB and 0.5PPB respectively. The ML300 can detect gas leak in the area passed by while moving at high speed and the detection range can reach up to 150 meters. The ML300 is extremely powerful, it can immediately determine whether the leaked gas is natural gas or biogas based on specific values of methane and ethane which eliminates false alarms triggered by other analyzers without ethane detection capabilities.

Core Technology

The analysis system integrates the patented multi-channel battery technology with solid-state lasers and custom electronic equipment, achieving 1PPB sensitivity and PPB-level accuracy on a very sturdy and compact platform. The analysis system operates in the mid-infrared band and its ethane absorption intensity is 6000 times that of the near-infrared absorption band.

Each gas analyzer uses a patented spectrometer that achieves an absorption path length of 13 meters within an extremely small volume, resulting in extremely high sensitivity, fast response time and low power consumption. Temperature and pressure are precisely controlled, providing low drift and high accuracy.

The sensor is based on a fixed and sealed optical platform that integrates an integrated mid-infrared laser and detector components, generating a miniature and ultra-sensitive spectrometer with a 13-meter path length.
