Working Principle

The GL18-LVR9 gas vibrator is a device used to locate acoustic waves in gas pipelines. It is connected to the pipeline by clicking with the pipeline release valve. The transmitter supplies power to the gas vibrator and controls the signal output, which generates a particular frequency vibration signal when it drives the gas vibration in the pipeline. This vibration signal is transmitted horizontally along the gas flow in both directions and vertically to the ground. The LVR9 receiver acquires the signal through the ground sensor and transmits it to the host. The host then filters and algorithmically processes this signal to identify and locate the strongest ground signal directly above the buried pipeline. The operator can then listen to the effective signal through the headphone for judgment and positioning.

Transmitter GL18

● The design of the transmitter takes into account the requirements of practicality and portability. As a result, it is smaller, lighter, and more durable.

● The transmitter has a wireless remote control function that allows for remote control of the on/off switch, frequency, and power adjustment of the transmitter within a range of 3 kilometers. The remote control also provides the ability to remotely monitor the status of the transmitter.

● The transmitter panel features a temperature display function, which allows for safe operation of the instrument by indicating the internal temperature of the gas vibrator.

● The transmitter can adjust the frequency within a range of 100Hz-999.99Hz with an accuracy of 0.01Hz.

● The transmitter comes with a LORA module that enables remote control of the transmitter. This feature improves work efficiency, reduces commuting costs, and ensures that the transmitter can be remotely controlled within a range of kilometers. The LORA module is easy to pair, and the instrument can be automatically connected after powering on. The transmitter can be remotely switched on and off, and frequency and power adjustment can be done via the matching LVR9 receiver (optional).

● The transmitter has a variety of transmission frequencies and modes to ensure that it can cope easily with different environments. It has multiple gears for adjusting the output power, and there is no blind spot detection at short, medium and long distances. Receiver LVR9 

● The LVR9 receiver adds a built-in remote control function, which embeds the remote control and antenna of the previous generation into the LVR9 housing, which can more conveniently control the transmitter's start and stop, frequency power adjustment, etc., through the LVR9 receiver. There is no need to carry a remote control.

● The LVR9 receiver adds a built-in GNSS positioning module, which can directly display the latitude and longitude coordinates of the current location.

● LVR9 also adds a jack dust cap, which can prevent dust and moisture from entering the instrument and damaging the instrument when the instrument is not in use.

● The LVR9 has been designed with ergonomics in mind, making it easy to work efficiently and efficiently.
