Underground pipeline is an important infrastructure and lifeline to ensure the operation of the city. Most newly laid underground pipelines are constructed in a trenchless way, and with the increasing use of non-metallic pipelines, the previous metal pipeline detection technology is stretched, and the detection of various underground non-metallic pipelines can not be satisfied. With the continuous transformation and development of urbanization, the laying of underground pipe network will only increase day by day, and cross pipelines or multi-layer pipelines will bring greater problems to the detection work.

How to better solve such problems and complete the fine detection of pipelines with high requirements and high standards has become an urgent problem for the industry. Our company has been devoted to the research and development of nonmetallic pipeline detection instruments and technologies for many years. After years of continuous research and exploration and a lot of engineering field experience, we have launched the fine detection engineering service for buried gas pipelines, and adopted the metal pipeline detection technology based on electromagnetic induction, ground penetrating radar technology based on high-frequency radar wave reflection principle and gas PE pipeline detection technology based on active sound source detection method. The joint detection of multiple methods can achieve better results.

1.Active acoustic wave detection and positioning technology 

GL series of intelligent gas PE pipeline locator independently developed by the company applies a specific acoustic vibration signal to the gas in the gas pipeline, and uses the receiving system to receive the vibration signal at the far end and analyze it quantitatively, so as to judge the pipeline position according to the signal strength. It effectively solves the problem that gas PE pipeline is difficult to detect, and it is also an effective technology for gas PE pipeline detection and positioning at present.

2. Radar electromagnetic pulse detection and positioning technology

Ground penetrating radar (GPR) can judge the location and buried depth of underground pipeline by emitting UHF electromagnetic pulse and using the difference of dielectric constant between underground pipeline and stratum medium. Electromagnetic pulse technology is not affected by pipeline material, and it does not need to be connected with gas pipeline, so it is portable and efficient to detect.

3. Electromagnetic induction detection and positioning technology

The metal pipeline detector applies electromagnetic induction signal with specific frequency to the underground metal pipeline, and uses the receiver to detect the size and direction of the secondary field electromagnetic induction signal induced by the metal conductor to locate the position and buried depth of the underground metal pipeline. The instrument is portable, has high detection efficiency and accurate positioning, and is also a widely used pipeline detection instrument at present.
