PE Pipeline Exploration Project in Hexian County, Anhui Province

Because of the nonstandard pipeline construction and serious lack of data, it is impossible to determine the exact location of the pipeline in Hexian Wanneng Gas Co., Ltd., and there are also potential safety hazards. The detection task is heavy and very difficult: the pipeline is made of PE pipe with the diameter of De90-315. The detection service of underground gas pipeline includes detecting the exact location of PE pipeline and providing drawings and standard data sheets that meet the data entry requirements of GIS system. Underground pipelines include municipal PE pipes (with and without tracer lines); Excavation and backfilling include but are not limited to mud or grass, concrete or asphalt pavement, paved sidewalk, etc. Trenchless excavation includes but is not limited to crossing roads and rivers. Detect the plane position, elevation, buried depth, direction, specifications, materials and pipeline properties of underground gas pipelines. The number of detection kilometers is 128.5 kilometers, including 70 kilometers crossing the pipe. The average buried depth of the crossing pipe is 5 meters, and the maximum buried depth exceeds 10 meters. This time, the 128.5km medium-pressure pipeline was explored, and 30 excavation sites were verified, with an average depth of about 3m, which was within the allowable detection error.
